Other appropriate titles for this post might be:
- Murphy's Law strikes again
- Gee, I'm not distracted
- I may not be cute today, but at least I'm clean and conditioned...
- When you want that fresh out of the shower look, just try leaving bathing products in place for the day
- I am final rinse-challenged
Now, instructions on how to substantiate these titles:
- Wake up after a great night's sleep
- Allow yourself plenty of time for a long hot shower
- Shampoo AND leave in a deep conditioner for remainder of shower
- Do all the sugar scrubs, shaving, etc (you get the idea) since you have time and you are waiting on said deep conditioner to deep condition :)
- Rinse of very well
- Wrap yourself in the thickest most luxurious towel you have and wrap hair up
- Put on make-up
- Reflect in mirror that your eye make-up REALLY looks good today
- Lay out clothes
- Make sure children are on task with getting ready within time frame
- Wait until the last minute to dry your hair for that fresh shiny great hair day you KNOW you are going to have
- Unwwrap towel from hair only to realize you forgot to rinse out that deep conditioner so NOW you have to get back in shower messing up eye make-up.

At least you realized it - I blew my hair dry one time and realized I had washed my hair with conditioner and wondered why it didn't loooook squeaky clean instead of that just blown around for 3 weeks greasy look :(
