Customer Service only goes so far!
I won't disclose where Tricia, my sister, works BUT she is on the receiving end of customer service issues and she came across this from an airline passenger:
“We missed a party for my birthday and the superbowel!” (ok, we won’t even go near that one)

ROTFL! Sounds like the bug that's going around our neck of the woods. At least she can get an occasional laugh out of her job...
