Things to do at work on Saturday

• Set up desk and get ready for business for the day
• Check messages and emails
• Get a drink
• Check emails
• Start off using hand lotion and end up giving yourself a full blown manicure knowing that you'll be shaking lots of hands with the day's business ahead
• Start reading a book
• Check emails
• Make beautiful paperclip chain
• Check phone to see if it is working
• Spin around in desk chair until dizzy
• Check emails
• Decide paperclip chain will hinder work during the week as it takes time to undo that little contraption so take apart this masterpiece
• Find a mirror and make funny faces
• Clean out desk drawers
• Check emails
• Eat early lunch
• Do some stretches as can't stop yawning
• Walk some laps around building
• Check emails
• Take everything off desk in an effort to rearrange everything to make it work better -- end up putting everything back in the same exact place
• Check emails to make sure didn't lose connection to computer during major desktop renovation
• Try to think up a game to play on the calculator
• Consider giving self pedicure but think better of it and go back to walking around the building
• Find 3 month old cataloge to browse
• Check emails
• Start to make grocery list but can't remember what's in fridge at the moment so scrap list
• Try making elaborate origami design as found on internet out of grocery list
• Call home to find out what everybody is doing when you are not there

• Start googling people you know
• Make elaborate to do list with priority symbols, etc
• Redo to do list and arrange by category
• Check emails
• Take everything out of purse and rearrange
• Find kind soul to talk to
• Can't get word in edge wise with kind soul but can't seem to be able to get away
• Make like you hear phone ringing in office and make a run for it
• Check email
• Go back to mirror and notice straggly bangs which encourages cutting bangs with desk scissors
• Think about walking around again but think better of it after wondering where kind soul is and wonder if kind soul would notice bang trim
• Do lunges up and down the hall actually looking for kind soul to talk to
• Email hubby telling him you are bored only to find out they are having all kinds of fun
• Wonder one more time the purpose of working on Saturdays
• Check emails
• Dread working tomorrow!
