Scary things

In the Halloween spirit, I have decided to do a list of my "Scary Things". See if these scare you too.

Top 10 List of things that scare me:

1. Crickets
2. Old people driving
3. Michael Jackson
4. June Bugs (I am a magnet)
5. Fish that swim by and touch you when you are in the ocean and then dissappear
6. Gorillas at the Dallas Zoo (You'd have to live here to know...)
7. Diets named after people who have died
8. Driving by a policeman with a radar gun on the side of the road (not that I drive fast or anything!)
9. Eating a dessert and then seeing an extremely obese person.
10. Tripping and falling downstairs (I just know this is how I will die)

Ok, and here are some bonus extras:
*People who don't have email
*Breaking a nail and not being able to find a nail file ANYWHERE

Oooh look! There's a cricket!

Just kidding.

That's some pretty scary stuff - #5 is especially frightening... eeww!

I like your blog,it's interesting to read.
Keep writing :)

I can't believe you're scared of crickets. that made me laugh. in our new apartment we have a major cricket problem. there are at least 3 crickets simultaneously living somehwere, and sometimes we'll come home and one will be right by the door, greeting us. once when I was younger I was sunbathing outside and a cricket jumped right onto my mouth like it was kissing me. I almost passed out. ok, nevermind, now I understand how you can be afraid of crickets...

p.s. michael jackson scares everyone. you're not alone on that one.

Argh yeh and then your nail gets caught on everythign and anything. I've ripped so many threads from nice tops because of a broken nail. *screams* it's BAD! I like your colour scheme =)

Oh you wouldn't like to have to find our lizard then....He eats Crickets!

1.) Kennedy says momma instead dadda first
2.) Michael Jackson
3.) George Lucas planning to make a 3rd SET of star wars movies and screwing up the original 3 even more
4.) Driving by police
5.) Finding more dings in my car : (
6.) Asian drivers
7.) Roller coasters cause I know the day I decide to ride on, the car is flying off the track
8.) ok, I only have 7

Normally, I would congratulate you on naming your fears and encourage you to confront them ... but Michael Jackson? No, no, he's wayyyyy to scary for confrontation. ;)

I have a friend named Junebug that being his real name. Would you be scared of him?

You've inspired me for a post of my own...and I'm in agreement with you on numbers 3 and 7!

Have a great day!

Yeah, crickets. Especially if they somehow get into your ear when you're asleep. It's that "buzz" that the ear seems to echo so efficiently.. Crickets are preferable to Michael Jackson though :-) Especially in the ear..

The last time I went to my hair stylist she said "oops" while she was colouring my hair. Now THAT was scary.

I totally agree on #3, especially his mug shot.

Oh, you're a funny one! Let me add that after having read JCanuck's story about the monkeys in Africa where she lives (until next week) that reach through the cages and tear people from stem to stern, I'm no longer a fan of primates either! Cute? NOT!

Oh, forgot to add...I lost 7 lbs. this summer when we went to Disney World/Orlando for 10 days. Why? Everytime I saw something that looked good to eat, an obese woman in shorts and a tube top was holding it! By our second day there, I was buying those little tubs of carrots and celery and calling it lunch...and dinner.

Fish touching you while your swimming in the ocean - we have the same thing going on here in a small creak. Every 10 minutes someone will give out a yelp.

#8 does it for me! What's worse? Driving past that cop and watching in my rearview mirror as he pulls out of his spot with his lights on . . behind me .. only to watch him fly past me. It makes my heart skip every single time - - even when I know I wasn't doing anything wrong!

Found you via Blog Explosion - nice spot ya got here :)
